DOZErs had a great time this weeked at the Northern California Homebrewers Festival at Lake Francis Resort in Dobbins, this past weekend. This year's theme was Vikings – hence the horned helmets and longboats!

While the festival proper was on Saturday, the fun was kicked off with Hoppy Hour on Friday afternoon – at which DOZE was asked to pour our beer for the attendees. As per our custom, DOZE then continued the fun with our club potluck and bottleshare at “Camp DOZE”, our tent cluster in the lower campground. On Saturday morning all the homebrew clubs set up their booths, offering beer, cider and mead, and food bites, and had fun walking around and checking other clubs' booth, trying their brews and food, and catching up with folk one may not have seen since last year's NCHF. DOZE was once again honored by being chosen as the club with the best beer at its booth.
