We will once again hold the DOZE Homebrewer of the Year competition for 2020. The purpose of the HOY is to recognize DOZE members competing in competitions and provide an award for the club member that best represents DOZE in competitions over the year. Check here throughout the year for theĀ HOY Standings.
DOZE members score points towards HOY by competing in BJCP competitions under the DOZE homebrew club. One point is awarded for entering a competition and points are awarded based on placing in the top three with a bonus for winning best in show.
I will see and enter results from many competitions directly, but you can also send me updates in one of three ways:
- Send me (@Nesto) a private message via Slack
- Email me directly (ecostello at gmail dot com)
- Enter the info on this HOY Corrections and Additions sheet
In the update, include your full name, the competition name, how many entries you entered into the competition, places you earned in that competition, and a link to the competition results. Remember, only BJCP or DOZE competitions qualify for HOY points.
