Just a reminder that as of the January Meeting we will be gathering at B3 at 6:30pm for our normal socializing and milling about. We’re going to try and get down to business promptly at 7pm. We will be collecting dues for 2006 membership ($30 cash or check).

An informal meeting over lunch at EJ Phair to layout the DOZE strategy for the coming year.

EJ Phair is going to have a brew off between DOZE members in 2006. Whoever brews the most flavorful Scottish / Irish Ale, will have their recipe brewed at a 15 barrel capacity. That is 465 gallons of your beer on tap at EJ Phair’s Ale House. Have your beer ready by March 1st 2006 for a tasting date to be announced in 2006. Don’t forget that club elections are held at the January meeting (the 30th). If you’re interested in running for a club office, make sure to be at the meeting on time. The DOZE site joins the 21st century! After only months we’ve got a weblog setup. Now we need some suckers productive members to start posting. Many hands as they say. Sign up for an account and then e-mail atporter if you’d like to post articles as well as comments. We’ve also got an iCal compatible events feed (should work with iCal, Mozilla Sunbird, MS Outlook, others?). The mailing list doze-news@clubdoze.com should be back up and running.
