Greetings Dozers.  This year’s hop shortage is old news by now, but the question remains who has the hops I need?

Today I came across a Hop Availability Chart.  If you’re looking for something in particular, and they’re not available at your favorite LHBS, this chart might come in handy.

The Beer style for January is “Perfect Porter”, Gary Foster will give a rundown of the style in preperation for the March/April Club only competition.
