This is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. It is on October 5th and 6th. This year DOZE is doing hoppy hour, we are trying to do a variety of session beer, so every one is able to enjoy the great dinner that Sean Paxton is putting on.

NCHF 2007! The 10 Year Anniversary! What promisies to be the best fesitval yet! Registration is now open! And we have moved into the 21st century!

I know with summer just now descending upon us October 5th and 6th seems way far away, but it’ll be here before you know it. Registration forms are, dare I say it, “In the mail!” But, no need to wait or even use them! First of all, crusie over to the NCHF Home Page at NCHF Info (I have added this link to the DOZE links). The new site is excellent and there’s lot’s of cool info about the upcoming fest and everything you need is there. More importantly, you now have the ability to register on-line using PayPal (just like when you’re buying cool beer stuff off ebay!), or download the needed forms and send them in the mail. Either way, traditional or modern, get your registration in so you don’t miss out.

The theme this year is Wild Yeast and the competition will feature two styles, straight lambic and other lambic (fruit, herb, otherwise). See the website for specific details.

We’re gonna have great commemroatives (glasses, shirst, etc.), and pics will be up on thge web shortly. It wouldn’t be a fest without speakers and events – those will also be posted shortly.
